Julie A. Funfrock, D.O.
Dear Patients,
I am deeply honored and excited to be your physician and a member of the Credo Family Medicine team; and I’m grateful for the opportunity to get to know each of you and your families. I grew up in Fort Wayne and attended St. Vincent and Bishop Dwenger along with my four siblings. I went on to St. Mary’s College and then attended Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine in Las Cruces, New Mexico.
I met my husband, Ludo, just before starting medical school and right before he left for South Korea while he served in the Army. We got married as soon as he returned home and just before the start of COVID pandemic. We welcomed our first child, George, in my fourth year of medical school and shortly after we moved again for residency and a new Army duty station. God blessed us with a residency and army base close enough to each other so we could stay together as a family through my years of residency at Southern Colorado Family Medicine in Pueblo, Colorado. In my second year of residency, we had our daughter, Amelia. After finishing residency and Ludo retiring from the Army, we finally moved back to Fort Wayne.
My family and I are so excited to be a part of this community again. I have always been passionate about working with families and I especially love working in pediatrics, women’s health and osteopathic manipulative treatment. With God’s grace, I hope to serve you well and provide you the best care possible.
Sincerely,
Julie Funfrock, DO
